Job Description: Market Research & Insights ManagerLocation: India | Remote or HybridReports to: Marketing DirectorEmployment Type: Full-TimeABOUT THE ROLE- We are looking for a Market Research & Insights Manager to provide data-driven insights that shape our go-to-market strategy and strengthen our content marketing efforts. You will focus on synthesizing secondary research, analyzing industry trends, and creating content that supports thought leadership pieces.
-Our company delivers a collaborative AI service that combines Functional Service Provider (FSP) experts with proprietary technology and an advanced AI platform.- This unique model enables us to create frictionless regulatory compliance for our clients, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and peace of mind.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute surveys and support the design of interviews for customer insights.- Customer satisfaction implementation and analysis.- Conduct secondary research on pharma regulatory markets.- Perform statistical analyses to validate findings and trends.- Develop customer personas and market sizing reports.- Conduct competitor research and analyze trade channels to identify market opportunities and positioning strategies.- Present findings to leadership and recommend strategic actions.- Contribute insights and data to content marketing pieces (blogs, white papers).QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline (Master s level preferred)- 5 years in market research or analytics, ideally in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare.- Strong background in data interpretation and presentation.- Excellent analytical and communication skills.- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing use.- Experience of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment is beneficial.SOFTWARE SKILLS- SPSS, SAS, R or Python for statistical analysis.- Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar for survey design and deployment is desirable.- Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
