Role Overview :The BD Admin Executive will be responsible for managing administrative and business development documentation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting finance and procurement processes. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities :- Prepare and manage work proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for business and administrative requirements.
-Handle documentation related to procurement, services, and vendor coordination.
-Manage international quotations and invoicing accurately and within timelines.
-Maintain and update records of quotations, approvals, and invoices.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth execution of administrative activities.
-Support finance and procurement teams in bill verification and documentation compliance.
-Assist in general office administration, asset management, and vendor management.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and documentation procedures. Requirements :- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or a related field.
-2-4 years of experience in administrative support, quotation/invoicing handling, or office coordination.
-Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting/invoicing tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
