Our operations span across India, with a focus on providing end-to-end solutions for event planning and execution.Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist cum Telecalling Executive to be the face and voice of MICEcafe Journey Private Limited at our Delhi NCR office. This multifaceted role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and actively engaging with potential clients through telecalling. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure smooth communication and efficient lead generation, ultimately contributing to the company s growth and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.- Answer and screen incoming calls, providing information and routing calls to the relevant personnel, enhancing communication efficiency.- Perform outbound telecalling to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team, supporting business development efforts.- Maintain and update the company s database with accurate client information and call records, ensuring data integrity and facilitating effective follow-up.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.- Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings, improving overall office productivity.- Generate and maintain MIS reports on telecalling activities, providing insights into lead generation performance and informing strategic decisions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up, fostering client loyalty and repeat business.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service.- Proven experience in telecalling, with a track record of generating leads and achieving targets.- Strong data management skills, including experience with CRM systems and database maintenance.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.- Bachelor s degreeRequired .
