You will be responsible for fostering engagement, managing events, onboarding new members, and ensuring seamless billing processes. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, sales, and program delivery teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful community experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to increased member satisfaction, program enrollment, and overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among members.- Plan and manage online and offline events, workshops, and meetups to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing.- Onboard new community members, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.- Manage CRM data to track member engagement, identify trends, and personalize communication.- Oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.- Respond to community inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote community activities across various channels.- Gather feedback from community members to continuously improve programs and services.- Track and analyze key community metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to build and manage thriving online and offline communities.- Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a focus on creating engaging and memorable experiences.- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and track engagement metrics.- Strong understanding of billing processes and experience with invoicing and payment collection.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Adaptable to work in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, or Rajkot.
