Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field (engineering background preferred for technical writing).2. 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing/ content/ growth roles (engineering/ industrial/ B2B services preferred).3. Excellent technical writing and editing skills- ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, benefit-led messaging.4. Strong presentation building skills (PowerPoint) with structured storytelling and professional formatting.5. Ability to conduct structured research and summarize findings into clear inputs for decision makers (industry trends, competitor tracking, new sectors).6.
