Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Utilize various channels such as networking, cold calling, and market research to identify potential clients.- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:- Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target companies.- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.3. Strategic Account Development:- Develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitive positioning.- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and strategically expand the company s footprint.- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.4. Pipeline Management:- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and updating key stakeholders as necessary.- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity.5. Transitioning Accounts:- Work closely with Key Account Managers to facilitate a smooth handover process for newly acquired accounts.- Provide comprehensive insights and background information to ensure continuity in client relationships.6.
