We partner with enterprises and startups to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge technology and deep domain expertise.Role Summary:We are looking for a high-impact Associate Director - Business Development to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and enterprise account acquisition across IT services, consulting, Data, AI, and digital transformation offerings. This role requires a strong hunter mindset combined with strategic leadership, client advisory capabilities, and experience scaling IT services revenue.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Development:- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth in IT services, consulting, Data & AI solutions- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients- Identify market trends, client needs, and new service opportunities in emerging techSales & Revenue Leadership:- Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets- Lead large-deal pursuits, RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise negotiationsClient & Account Management:- Build strong C-level and senior stakeholder relationships- Act as a trusted advisor to clients for digital, data, and AI transformation- Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesPartnerships & Alliances:- Develop strategic alliances with cloud providers, technology partners, and system integrators- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to strengthen market positioningLeadership & Collaboration:- Mentor and guide BD managers and sales teams- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, solution architects, and leadership to ensure win-win outcomes- Represent Kadel Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forumsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience:- 10-18 years of experience in IT services / consulting sales- Proven track record in selling Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Custom Software Services- Experience handling enterprise and international clients (US, Europe, Middle East preferred)Skills:- Strong understanding of IT services, consulting models, and solution-based selling- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilityEducation:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plusWhat We Offer:- Leadership role with high visibility and strategic impact- Opportunity to build and scale global IT services business- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives- Collaborative, fast-growing, and innovation-driven cultu (ref:updazz.com)
