Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Growth Specialist to lead enterprise and mid-market sales in a technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, consultative selling skills, and experience managing end-to-end sales cycles.Key Responsibilities- Drive lead generation through outbound and inbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, partners, events).- Identify and qualify high-value opportunities using structured sales frameworks.- Engage CXO-level stakeholders with value-based consultative selling.- Conduct product demos and translate technical solutions into business outcomes.- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting.- Prepare proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial models.- Lead negotiations on pricing, scope, and contracts.- Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams.- Stay updated on AI, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation trends.Key Skills- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud, APIs, and integrations.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.- Strong CRM discipline and forecasting skills.- Experience handling enterprise or high-value mid-market deals.Qualifications- MBA preferred; Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.- 6-8 years of experience in IT / SaaS / Technology sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
