What We Expect From You:- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions across digital channels.
-Manage campaigns on Google Ads (including App Marketing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), affiliates, partnerships, programmatic ads, and more-handling both acquisition and remarketing.
-Optimize budgets for maximum ROI, focusing on cost-efficient scaling of acquisition and engagement goals.
-Partner with data science, product, engineering, and business teams to enhance channel performance and integrate marketing insights.
-Run continuous A/B tests, audience segmentation, bidding optimizations, and ad placements to refine campaigns.
-Identify and test emerging performance channels to diversify growth efforts.
-Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs; build and maintain dashboards at channel, cohort, or campaign levels.
