Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Infantry Road, BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Summary :We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our market presence in Bangalore.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer acquisition- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activities- Ensure excellent customer experience and long-term client retentionRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 3-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities- Proven track record of achieving sales targets- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS OfficePreferred Qualities :- Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitudeWhat We Offer- Competitive salary and incentives- Growth opportunities in a dynamic organization- Collaborative and energetic work environment (ref:updazz.com)
