We are looking for a passionate Motion Designer / 3D Artist who can bring ideas to life using both 2D and 3D workflows.Role Overview:We are seeking a talented creative professional who is comfortable working across Adobe After Effects and Blender. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, animation timing, and storytelling, along with the technical expertise to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into motion graphics projects.Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality motion graphics, VFX, and compositing using Adobe After Effects- Develop 3D assets, simulations, animations, lighting, and renders using Blender- Integrate 3D elements into motion design projects smoothly- Work with pre-built assets and create custom visual elements as needed- Optimize workflows and maintain project quality standards- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams- Incorporate feedback efficiently and meet production deadlinesRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Strong command of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, compositing, VFX)- Solid hands-on experience in Blender (modeling, animation, simulation, rendering, lighting)- Experience combining 2D motion graphics and 3D workflows- Familiarity with key After Effects plug-ins (Element 3D, Trapcode, etc. preferred)- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, animation timing, and storytelling- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment- Strong communication and feedback-handling skillsPreferred (Good to Have)- Experience working in agency or production environment- Knowledge of rendering pipelines and optimization- Basic understanding of video editing workflows- Portfolio demonstrating motion 3D integration projects (ref:updazz.com)
