Acquire, manage, and grow key global, national and regional accounts based in the Whitefield corridor.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, event planners, DMCs, PCOs and industry bodies.7. Represent all LaLiT hotels during client meetings, negotiations, presentations and market interactions.8. Lead RFP participation, rate negotiations, contracting, and account performance reviews.9. Ensure optimal distribution of business across The LaLiT properties based on client needs and revenue strategy.10. Monitor market trends, demand drivers, and competitor activity in Bengaluru s peripheral business districts11. Collaborate closely with Corporate Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel operation teams to ensure seamless execution.12. Ensure seamless business conversion and delivery across properties13.
