Job Description
1. Lead and manage RSO Whitefield, Bengaluru, covering Whitefield and surrounding commercial hubs to generate business for all The LaLiT hotels Pan India.2. Drive Corporate and Pan-India account business from IT parks, technology companies, MNCs, and institutions based in Whitefield and peripheral Bengaluru markets. 3. Strategically generate and maximize MICE, conferences, and large format events for The LaLiT Ashok, Bengaluru.4. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to technology-driven, corporate-heavy, and MICE-led demand segments5. Acquire, manage, and grow key global, national and regional accounts based in the Whitefield corridor.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, event planners, DMCs, PCOs and industry bodies.7. Represent all LaLiT hotels during client meetings, negotiations, presentations and market interactions.8. Lead RFP participation, rate negotiations, contracting, and account performance reviews.9. Ensure optimal distribution of business across The LaLiT properties based on client needs and revenue strategy.10. Monitor market trends, demand drivers, and competitor activity in Bengaluru s peripheral business districts11. Collaborate closely with Corporate Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel operation teams to ensure seamless execution.12. Ensure seamless business conversion and delivery across properties13. Drive revenue targets and ensure achievement of team budgets14. Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the regional sales team to ensure target achievement.15. Participate in trade shows, roadshows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.16. Ensure accurate forecasting, MIS reporting, pipeline management, and adherence to The LaLiT sales SOPs.
