- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.- Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into sales.- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.- Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information.- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.- Good command of English (and regional languages if required).- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
