Job Description: Field Marketing Executive (MBA)Role ObjectiveTo drive brand visibility and lead generation through aggressive on-ground marketing activations and territory management.Key Responsibilities :- Field Marketing : Execute marketing campaigns in residential societies, corporate hubs, and high-footfall markets.- Lead Generation : Capture and qualify potential customer leads through direct interaction and product demonstrations.- B2B Tie-ups : Establish local partnerships and branding opportunities within the assigned territory.- Reporting : Track daily field activities and ROI using Google Sheets or CRM tools.- Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on local market trends.Requirements :Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales preferred)- Skills : Strong communication, persuasion, and local geography knowledge.- Logistics : Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.- Language : Proficiency in English and the local language (Kannada for Bangalore; Hindi for NCR).Interview Process- NCR: In-person interview at Head Office.- Bangalore: Virtual interview via Google Meet.
