Junior Trader - Oilseeds & Oil mealsAn upcoming global Agri Commodities player (HQd in Singapore) is looking for Junior traders to join its office in gurgaonMode: On-site (Gurgaon, India)Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Trader who will work closely with Senior Traders / Leadership to facilitate the buying and selling of physical oilseeds and oilmeals, both domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for providing market research, monitoring price movements, maintaining client relationships, and aiding in trade execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to build a career in agri-commodity trading.Key Responsibilities :Market Analysis & Research : Monitor global oilseed and oilmeals market trends, including tracking supply/demand data, weather patterns, production reports, and daily price movements.Client Communication & Support : Act as a daily point of contact for clients (suppliers or buyers), providing market updates and facilitating inquiriesTrade Execution Support : Assist Senior Traders in executing trades, confirming contracts, and ensuring accuracy in trade entriesBusiness Development : Support the team in identifying new trading opportunities and onboarding new clientsDocumentation & Compliance : Maintain precise, up-to-date trade records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation : Bachelor s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or related field.Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, commodities, or the agricultural sector.
