We are committed to ethical business practices and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Role Overview:As a Field Sales Executive at MD Medisphere, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Mumbai region. You will work closely with doctors, dietician, biomedical, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders to promote our products and ensure their availability. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving patient access to essential nutrition supplements and achieving our sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote MD Medisphere s products and generate prescriptions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.- Provide product information, samples, and promotional materials to healthcare professionals.- Organize and conduct product presentations and group meetings for doctors and pharmacists.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.- Submit timely and accurate sales reports, market feedback, and expense reports.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.Required Skillset:- Demonstrates a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales principles and practices.- Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Possesses the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.- Shows a proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.- Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Holds a Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.- Is adaptable to working independently in a field-based role within the Mumbai region.- 0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
