We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to manage rural market development through extensive on-ground engagement across assigned territories.
-The role focuses on expanding reach, strengthening channel relationships, and improving product penetration by working closely with farmers, dealers, and distributors.- The executive will conduct regular village visits, promote products, generate demand, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
-Building trust within the farming community and providing accurate information about usage, pricing, and availability will be critical.
-The position requires disciplined follow-up, territory planning, and daily execution to achieve volume and revenue targets.- You will gather market intelligence related to competitor activities, crop patterns, seasonal demand, and pricing movements, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders. Maintaining accurate daily reports in computer-based formats is mandatory.
-Coordination with supply chain and customer support teams will ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.- The ideal candidate must be comfortable with continuous travel and outdoor work. Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential, along with the ability to read and understand English for documentation purposes.
