About Arkahub: We are an early-stage startup building a consumer brand for residential solar. Our goal is to make buying rooftop solar as simple and desirable as buying a home appliance-and move away from the complex industry jargon seen today.Role Overview:We re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into ideas that connect with people. You ll help shape how the brand shows up across platforms by spotting trends, building strong narratives, and guiding content that feels timely and relevant.You ll work closely with the brand team, designers, and editors to define themes, hooks, and creative direction across campaigns and everyday content. If you enjoy bringing structure to creativity and thinking ahead, this role is for you.What You ll Do:- Carry out creative responsibilities for the brand and develop creative strategy to campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.- Actively participate in every stage of the creative and production process-from idea development to final execution-whether for events, shoots, digital posts, campaigns, or any other creative output.- Act as the primary creative owner for assigned brands, ensuring clarity on the projects taken up.- Work closely with the brand marketing and other internal teams on creative ideation, solutioning, and developing strong creative for our social media and offline assets.- Define and drive the creative direction across all brand touchpoints including social media, ads, websites, brochures, flyers, and other brand collaterals.- Ensure all creative output meets high-quality and award-winning standards, and actively follow up with relevant stakeholders to meet the standards.- Report to the Creative Lead, who will provide overall guidance, feedback, and references for campaigns and creative tasks.- Provide clear visual and conceptual direction to the graphic designer for all ideas and concepts originating from the creative team.- Manage revisions across all tasks based on internal and external feedback while setting and adhering to practical, realistic timelines that allow for ideation, refinement, and timely delivery.- Conduct in-depth research on brands, competitors, target audiences, and market dynamics to ensure all creative decisions are strategically informed and relevant.- Stay fully up-to-date with industry developments, platform changes, cultural trends, and current affairs to proactively propose relevant and timely creative ideas.What You Bring:- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with relevant 2-3 years experience.- Ability to develop and propose value-added, strategically driven creative ideas to our everyday marketing grind.- Solid understanding of industry trends, categories, and competitor communication.- Strong communication, collaboration, and articulation skills.- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Working Proficiency and curiosity to explore any AI tools ( Adobe Creative Suite & AI tools - ChatGPT, GoogleVeo3Gemini, Nano Banana Pro, ElevenLabs, Captions App, PerplexityPro etc)- Strong understanding of target audiences and the ability to create content that resonates with them.- Knowledge of moment marketing and topical campaigns, with the ability to proactively suggest content based on relevant trending conversations.- Master s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Brand Communication, Media Studies, Design, Strategy, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
