Job description - Media BuyerWe are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize high-performance digital campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media platforms. The role focuses on CPL, Media buying platforms, Outbrain, Taboola, Google ads, Facebook ads and Meta, Mintegral, App nextThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing performance budgets, scaling profitable campaigns, and optimizing lead quality while maintaining compliance standards relevant to regulated industries.Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and scale CPL and Media buying platforms with campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, others as applicable)- Manage campaigns in the target verticals (Health, Automobile, I-Gaming, Education, Hospitality, and Real Estate etc.) - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid optimization, and budget allocation- Develop and test ad creatives, copies, extensions, and landing page strategies- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, call duration, conversion rate, and ROI- Monitor daily performance metrics and take data-driven optimization decisions- Implement and manage tracking (Google Tag, call tracking, CRM integrations)- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders- Stay updated with platform policies, industry trends, and competitive benchmarksRequired Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Social Media buying- Proven experience with CPL and Media buying platforms- Experience in any of the focus verticals (Health, Automobile, I-Gaming, Education, Hospitality, and Real Estate etc.) - Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization- Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset- Ability to manage and scale campaigns with defined CPA and ROI targetsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with call tracking platforms - Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead validation tools- Knowledge of compliance guidelines - Experience working with high daily budgetsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work on high-impact performance campaigns- Collaborative and fast-paced environment- Competitive compensation and performance-based growth- Exposure to global markets and large-scale advertising budgets (ref:updazz.com)
