You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone. A successful candidate must be a people person with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and turn a no into a maybe and a maybe into a yes. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling : Initiate cold calls daily to potential customers from a provided database. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads, setting up appointments or demos for the senior sales team.Direct Sales : Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to close sales directly over the phone.Customer Relationship : Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases or service renewals.CRM Management : Accurately record customer details, call dispositions, and feedback in the CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or Excel).Script Optimization : Use and adapt sales scripts to better pitch different customer segments.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation : Any Degree- Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills.
