This role involves developing and executing account-specific strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The KAM collaborates closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical support, to deliver exceptional service and value to key accounts. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening Pulsar Rubber s market position and achieving its business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and increase market share.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to foster trust and loyalty.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to expand Pulsar Rubber s product portfolio and revenue streams.- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with client objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust account strategies accordingly.- Utilize sales analytics and predictive analytics to forecast sales, track performance, and identify areas for optimization.- Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance standards to maintain operational efficiency and integrity.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.- Proven expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.- Proficiency in utilizing sales analytics and predictive analytics to forecast sales, track performance, and identify areas for optimization.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
