As a Direct Channel Relationship Manager, you will work with company-generated leads, engage customers directly, and convert conversations into long-term life insurance relationships-without intermediaries.What You ll Be Doing:- Handle inbound & outbound leads provided by the company- Understand customer life goals and offer suitable insurance solutions- Close business through in-person / telephonic / virtual meetings- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets- Build repeat business through cross-sell & referrals- Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance standardsWho Fits This Role Best:- Any Graduate- Min 1 Years Of Experience In BFSI- Strong communication and closing skills- Comfortable with target-driven environments (ref:updazz.com)
