Our Vision: To create India s most trusted and future-ready sustainable home care brand and OEM partner.Role Purpose :Manage Estrip s organic presence, social content, creator ecosystem, and community building efforts.Key Responsibilities :- Manage daily posting & content scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Pinterest.- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns.- Engage with audience, manage comments, DMs, product queries.- Coordinate with micro & nano influencers for UGC collaborations.- Maintain social reporting: reach, engagement, follower growth.- Support OEM through LinkedIn content, B2B video snippets, case studies.- Track trending formats and produce fast-turnaround content.Requirement:- FMCG experience mandatory- Advantage for detergent manufacturers, homecare, fabric care, or chemistry-led FMCG brands- Startup mindset, multi-role capability, ownership-driven working style (ref:updazz.com)
