The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the industrial automation and electrical sectors. Key Responsibilities : - Sales & Business Development : - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control panel market (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, etc.).
-Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
-Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
-Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
-Technical Expertise: - Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate control panel solutions.
-Interpret electrical drawings, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams.
-Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations. Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
-Provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination.
-Manage client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement. Market & Competitor Analysis : - Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
-Suggest improvements or new products/services based on market demand.
-Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning and support.
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Qualifications : - Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: - 0-4 years and above of relevant experience in in quality control or inspection of electrical panels. (ref:updazz.com)
