Group Product Manager - Cardio (3-7 Yrs) Bangalore (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Job Description - Group Product ManagerKey Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Cardio / General product portfolio.
-Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives Lead discovery: - Identify customer needs through research, data analysis, and stakeholder input Own product requirements and prioritize features using clear frameworks (OKRs, impact vs effort, etc ) - Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high quality releases Translate complex problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Use metrics and experimentation to guide decisions and measure success Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration Act as the product evangelist internally and externally.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
-Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand-building activities.
-Provide product training and support to the sales team and field force.
-Monitor sales performance, ROI, and brand metrics to achieve business objectives.
-Act as a single point of contact for portfolio management, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
-Manage the product lifecycle from launch to growth and expansion. Required Skills & Experience: - Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences; MBA in Marketing preferred. 4 -8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with experience as Group Product Manager or Product Manager.
-Strong experience in Cardio / General (OTC / mass-market) product marketing.
-Proven ability in brand management, product launches, and campaign planning.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
