Sales Role - Hair Care (1-4 Yrs) Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore/Madurai/Kerala/Karnataka (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the salon / professional hair care segment.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Build and maintain strong business relationships with salon owners, stylists, and channel partners.- Execute market development activities, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations in salons.- Monitor competitor activities and provide inputs for strategic planning.- Ensure effective distribution, placement, and visibility of products in salons.- Work closely with the technical/education team to drive product usage and training at salon level.Key RequirementsExperience : 4-5 years in Sales, preferably in Hair Care / Professional Salon Industry.Education : Graduation is mandatory.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Strong networking and relationship management skills.- Knowledge of salon business dynamics and professional hair care products.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
