About the RoleWe are hiring for a leading global organization in the premium/luxury segment that works closely with retail partners to drive category growth and market development across India.This role will be responsible for building strong trade partnerships, enabling retail teams, and executing strategic programs to accelerate business performance in the region.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional trade marketing & retail activation plans.- Build and manage relationships with key retail partners.- Engage and influence founders, CXOs, and senior leadership teams of partner organizations to drive joint business priorities and category growth.- Drive partner onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.- Enable retail teams through training, tools, and marketing programs.- Ensure effective execution of channel initiatives and visibility programs.- Monitor business performance and generate actionable market insights.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business planning.About You- 6-8 years in trade marketing / channel marketing / retail development / key account management- Experience in luxury, premium, lifestyle, consumer, retail, or FMCG organizations- Strong exposure to B2B partner management and regional market expansion- Proven ability to drive sales through trade activations and retail engagement- Data-driven with strong business planning and execution skills- Experience working with senior stakeholders/business owners/leadership teams- MBA (Marketing) preferred- Open to travel-at least 75% of the timeWhy Apply?- High-visibility role working with senior leadership- Opportunity to drive market expansion in a premium category- Fast-paced, collaborative environment (ref:updazz.com)
