You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding their business objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of our client s solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align resources and drive client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key accounts, aligning with their business goals and our client s offerings.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, proactively addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client s footprint within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and market share.- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and showcasing new solutions.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to clients to maintain their competitive edge.- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.Required Skillset :- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, exceeding revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.- Exceptional client management and engagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.- Strong account management experience, including developing and executing strategic account plans.- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.- Superior presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.- Adept at negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the organization.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
