Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, trade shows, and events to reach target audiences in the B2B and retail sectors.- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, to communicate product features and benefits effectively.- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to generate qualified leads and drive website traffic.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, informing marketing strategy and product development.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support their sales efforts and achieve revenue goals.- Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows and events to showcase Rayna Decor s products and services and generate leads.- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to optimize ROI.- Manage relationships with external vendors, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and event organizers, to ensure effective execution of marketing programs.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.- Proven expertise in marketing communications, including content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.- Experience in retail marketing, including developing and executing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales in retail environments.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Ahmedabad.
