Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic plans for premium villa sales to meet/exceed targets.- Client Acquisition & Relations: Build & nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients; source new leads via networking, referrals, and strategic connections.- Sales Execution: Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value deals, ensuring personalized solutions for clients luxury lifestyle & investment goals.- Market Analysis: Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales tactics.- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure adherence to real estate regulations.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and other teams to support sales initiatives.
