Job Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager - Inside Sales to lead and execute our lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies. -Sales Process Management: Own and manage the CRM for lead tracking, pipeline forecasting, and reporting. Ensure high data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
-Performance Optimization: Analyze sales metrics to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and customer experience. Recommend process improvements and automation where needed.
-Mentorship & Enablement: Guide junior team members in prospecting techniques, objection handling, and CRM best practices. Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or commercial real estate/coworking/managed office sectors.
-Managed a team size of 5 or more.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
