The organization focuses on driving long-term room revenue, extended-stay contracts, and brand-led enterprise demand through strategic partnerships and distribution-led growth rather than rate-driven selling.Job Title: Assistant Manager - Corporate SalesLocation: GurgaonExperience: 3-6 yrsEducational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related fieldAbout the role: The Assistant Manager - Corporate Sales is responsible for driving room night production, corporate account acquisition, and revenue growth from business travel, long-stay corporates, MICE leads, and preferred corporate accounts. The role focuses on relationship building, account servicing, and conversion of corporate leads into sustainable revenue.Responsibilities:Corporate Account Acquisition & Management.- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate accounts (local, regional, and national).- Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships to increase share of wallet.- Negotiate corporate rate agreements, LTA contracts, and volume-based pricing.- Ensure timely renewal of corporate contracts and preferred agreements.Sales Execution & Revenue Generation.- Drive room night targets, revenue targets, and ARR from corporate segments.- Convert inbound corporate leads into confirmed business.- Work on MyBiz Organic leads to convert them into customers.- Actively push long stays, group stays, and extended business travel requirements.- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability.Client Engagement & Relationship Building.- Conduct regular sales calls, corporate meetings, and property show-arounds.- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Travel Desk, Procurement, and CXOs.- Handle corporate escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.Reporting & Market Intelligence.- Track corporate production on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.- Prepare sales reports, account performance summaries, and pipelines.- Monitor competitor activity, corporate rate movements, and market trends.Internal Coordination.- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue, and Operations for smooth delivery.- Ensure correct corporate profiles, rate loading, and billing processes in PMS/CRM.- Support the sales head in budgeting, forecasting, and strategy execution.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Corporate room nights achieved vs target.- Corporate revenue & ARR growth.- Number of new corporate accounts onboarded.- Retention and growth of existing corporate accounts.- Conversion rate of corporate leads.- Contract renewal success rate.Candidate Profile/Experience & Qualifications:- 3-6 years of experience in hotel corporate sales or B2B hospitality sales.- Experience with business hotels / chain hotels / extended stay properties preferred.- Bachelor s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.Skills & Competencies:- Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Good understanding of corporate travel behavior and hotel sales cycles.- Proficient in PMS, CRM, and MS Excel.- Target-driven, relationship-oriented, and detail-focused.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work with a growing hospitality brand.- High exposure to large corporate accounts and decision makers.- Performance-linked growth and learning opportunities.
