We focus on providing a peaceful nature-based luxury experience.Role: Sales RepresentativeWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive bookings for retreats, weddings, corporate events, and leisure stays at Antaraal Resort & Spa.The candidate should have strong networking skills and experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or travel sales.Key Responsibilities :1. Business Development :- Generate leads for destination weddings, yoga retreats, corporate offsites, and group bookings- Build relationships with event planners, travel agents, wellness communities, and corporate clients- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities2. Sales Conversion :- Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings- Conduct virtual presentations and site visits for potential clients- Negotiate pricing and close deals 3. Client Relationship Management :- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and partners- Ensure smooth coordination between guests and the resort team- Deliver excellent pre-booking customer experience4.
