Unlike traditional agencies, we operate through structured growth pods powered by in-house AI tools, automation systems, and data-driven growth systems.We are long-term players that build scalable growth engines for D2C brands.Role OverviewAs a Growth Marketing Lead - D2C, you will own the growth execution of assigned D2C brands by leading a cross-functional pod consisting of Creative, Paid Media, Data, Retention, and Web functions.You are accountable for revenue growth, efficiency metrics, and experimentation velocity.This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution - combining structured experimentation, data-driven thinking, and team leadership.What You Will Own- Revenue & Commercial Outcomes- Drive revenue growth targets for assigned D2C brands- Monitor CAC, ROAS, MER, CVR, AOV, LTV, and retention metrics- Identify scaling levers and performance bottlenecks- Ensure capital-efficient growth- Growth Roadmap & Experimentation- Define weekly growth hypotheses across creative, media, offer, and funnel- Maintain structured test - learn - iterate cycles- Ensure consistent creative testing velocity- Prioritize sprint execution based on commercial impact- Pod Leadership- Lead daily tactical growth syncs- Align Creative, Paid Media, Data Analyst, CRO, and Web roles- Remove execution blockers- Maintain sprint discipline and accountability- Data to Action- Translate dashboards into decisions- Detect early fatigue signals and scaling opportunities- Convert insights into immediate experiments- Prepare structured weekly performance reports for leadershipEvery report must end with clear actions and next experiments.Leadership & Strategic Contribution- Surface risks and scaling opportunities to senior leadership- Contribute tactical inputs to brand growth direction- Support client-facing discussions with data-backed insightsWho We re Looking For- MBA (Marketing / Strategy / Analytics preferred)- 2-3 years of work experience in Technology or Marketing is preferred.- Experience in performance marketing, D2C, consulting, or growth roles is not mandatory but a great addition.- Strong business sensibility commercial thinking and comfort with numbers- Familiarity with paid media fundamentals (Meta, Google preferred)- Ability to manage cross-functional teams- High ownership mindset with bias toward execution- Strong structured problem-solving skills- Is comfortable working with AI tools and technologySuccess in This Role Means- Consistent revenue growth- Controlled and stable CAC- Weekly experimentation cadence maintained- No execution bottlenecks- Clear, data-backed decision culture within the podWhy This Role Is Different- You will operate as a growth owner, not just a campaign manager- You will lead a full cross-functional pod early in your career- You will work with in-house AI systems and automation tools- You will directly impact real D2C brand P<his is a high-ownership, high-visibility role designed for operators who want to build and scale brands - not just manage marketing activities.
