Job Description
We are looking for energetic Business Development Professionals to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Target driven individual who can generate leads for the sales team to expand business horizons. Strategic thinking to enable liaisons with clients with a thorough understanding of the Market Research & IT Consulting domain.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.- Identify and research potential clients in India, US, UK, APAC markets .- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.- Clearly articulate the company s value proposition to decision-makers.- Draft compelling email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach sequences.- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems.- Build and nurture client relationships to retain and expand business opportunities.- Coordinate with senior sales members to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.Required Skills & Competencies- 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation or Inside Sales.- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound email marketing.- Experience with market research or IT consulting firms is preferred.- Proven track record of lead generation and meeting targets.- Experience working across shifts (US, UK, or APAC markets).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
