We are expanding our US sales footprint and are looking for a high-performing IT Services & Staffing Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven US market experience to drive growth and build long-term client partnerships. Location- Lucknow, India (India-based professionals)- Open to Hybrid for candidates with strong US client-facing experienceUS Shift About UsWe are a fast-growing IT Services & Staffing organization, delivering technology solutions and high-quality talent to mid-size and enterprise clients across the United States. Role Highlights- Drive new business for IT Services and IT Staffing (US Market)- Acquire and manage mid-market & enterprise US clients- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline- Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting - closure - account growth Must-Have Experience- 10 years of experience in IT Services and/or IT Staffing sales (US market mandatory)- Strong understanding of US staffing models - Contract, C2C, W2, Permanent- Proven track record of closing US deals- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Nice to Have- Existing US client relationships or book of business- Experience working with offshore delivery or recruitment teams- Exposure to MSP/VMS environments Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions- Performance-based incentives- Flexible work environment- Career growth in a fast-scaling organization Why Join Us?- Opportunity to build and grow the US market- High earning potential with a transparent commission structure- Direct impact on company growth- Supportive leadership and delivery teams (ref:updazz.com)
