We operate across India, providing end-to-end services from project development and engineering to installation and maintenance.Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at Good Enough Energy, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new B2B clients within the Greater Noida region. You will work closely with the engineering and project management teams to develop tailored renewable energy solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. This role directly contributes to expanding our market presence and accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy practices among industrial and commercial enterprises.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors in Greater Noida to expand our client base.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to understand their energy needs and challenges.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our renewable energy solutions.- Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraints.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.- Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B sales strategies, particularly in the industrial sector.
-Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Strong technical understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly solar power.
-Ability to understand electrical systems.
-Familiarity with techno-commercial aspects of project sales.
-Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
-1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or electrical industry.
