Role: Associate - Customer Success Location: Ahmedabad, Experience: 0-2 YearsWorking Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Success / Operations Associate to support post-sales operations, client onboarding, and implementation of a SaaS-based platform in the logistics and supply chain domain. The role involves close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and high service standards.Key Responsibilities1. Execute and monitor operational processes to ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.2. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Tech) to ensure timely delivery and process adherence.3. Manage customer worklists, resolve queries, and ensure implementation of customer requests.4. Support platform implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting during client onboarding.5. Define, track, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for operational processes and client projects.6. Ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement of operational processes.7. Act as a SPOC for enterprise clients and maintain strong client relationships.8. Travel to client locations when required for implementation, training, or relationship management.Requirements1. 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Implementation, or Supply Chain coordination roles.2. Freshers with strong internship experience in relevant domains can apply.3. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing operational workflows.4. Exposure to KPI tracking, SLA management, and operational process improvement.5. Experience supporting software/platform implementations or client onboarding.6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.EducationMBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics (mandatory for freshers).PreferredExposure to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Enterprise SaaS platforms, or KPI dashboards.
