Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients - Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals - Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM systems - Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement and sales strategies - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities - Track sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups - Travel for client meetings, business development activities, and events when required Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales - Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is preferred - Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment (ref:updazz.com)
