Job Description
Role Overview:As the DGM MICE Sales, you will be at the forefront of driving our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business in the Bangalore region. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and securing new corporate clients, nurturing existing key accounts, and crafting bespoke MICE solutions that exceed client expectations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of events. This role directly impacts our revenue growth, brand reputation, and client satisfaction by delivering exceptional MICE experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve MICE revenue targets within the Bangalore market, focusing on corporate clients.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and targeted outreach to expand our client base.- Manage and grow existing key accounts by building strong relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored MICE solutions to ensure client retention and increased business volume.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our MICE capabilities and value proposition to secure new business.- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.- Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of MICE events and projects, delivering exceptional client experiences.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our MICE offerings to maintain a competitive edge.- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our MICE services and build relationships with potential clients and partners.Required Skillset :- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth in the MICE industry.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers at corporate clients.- Strong negotiation and closing skills, enabling the securing of profitable deals and long-term client relationships.- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts effectively, fostering client loyalty and generating repeat business.- Deep understanding of the MICE industry, including event planning, logistics, and vendor management.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong on-site presence in Bangalore.
