Job Description
Role overviewThe Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversationKey responsibilities- Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.- Understand the child s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience forenrolled students.Work schedule & Requirements- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).- Shift timing: US Shift - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).- Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore- Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.Desired candidate profile- Bachelor s / Master s degree in any discipline.- Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.- Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.- Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
