Responsibilities and Duties: Handling Listed / Unlisted company Unlisted Company - Dematerialization, Master Correction, Signature verification. Listed Company - Compliance Report, Weekly Reports, Quarterly Compliances Corporate action, Coordination, Postal ballet, Annual general meeting, Extra Ordinary generation meeting.
-Cross sell I Vote Service, VC (Video conference) Services.
-Dividends coordination for the dividend processing - Handle walking shareholders grievances regarding physical shareholders.
-Handling team of client service executives.
-Guide the team whenever they need support to resolve the issues.
-Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
-Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
-Interact with the client constantly, to know the area of improvement - Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other requirements.
-Ensuring timely service within time as specified by Regulatory Authorities.
