Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with HNI/Ultra HNI clients.- Understand clients financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized investment strategies/portfolios.- Provide ongoing communication and proactive updates to clients regarding portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments to identify opportunities & risks.- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging investment trends to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients.- Acquire new clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews.- Accountable to achieve annual targets on AUM & revenue in the respective geography. Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size.- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars to showcase the firm s capabilities and expertise.
