Position Dossier- Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager / Deputy General Manager - Marketing & Sales (Gravure)- Location : Hyderabad (South)- Reporting to : Vice President - Marketing & Sales (Gravure)MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - Meet Regional budgeted sales targets in Liquid ink (Gravure ) business.
-Strengthen channel partners and facilitate them to grow the business.- Monitor competitor s activity and create databank.- Coordinate with technical team for cost saving, trouble shooting and introduction of new products.- Follow the payment terms with the customers to keep outstanding within limit.- Managing team of regional Heads for achievement of regional targetsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :- Bachelor s degree in Engineering/Science from a well-known University and MBA.- Techno Commercial work experience of minimum 15-20, out of which 8 to 10 years- experience of working at a Senior Management level.- Rich experience in Institutional Sales and Channel Partner Management - Should have worked in SAP environment.- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Mathematical / Analytical skills (ref:updazz.com)
