Role OverviewThe Regional Enterprise Customer Care Executive will be the single owner of the enterprise customer journey post order acknowledgement. This role ensures seamless service delivery, SLA adherence, proactive issue resolution, churn prevention, and revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts.Key Responsibilities- Enterprise customer onboarding (Post Activation)- End-to-end service delivery ownership- SLA monitoring & escalation management- Coordination with Sales, Network, IT & Finance teams- Customer retention & churn control- Revenue growth through upgrades & renewals- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & service improvementPreferred Profile- 3-6 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Care / Service Delivery / B2B Support / Telecom roles- Experience in Internet Leased Line (ILL), MPLS, SD-WAN, MLL or enterprise connectivity services- Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills- Experience in SLA-driven environments- Enterprise customer handling & escalation management experience (ref:updazz.com)
