Job Title: Business Sales Manager - Derma & NutraceuticalExperience: 3-13 yearsIndustry: Dermatology / NutraceuticalLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Mumbai for our dermatology and nutraceutical portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with proven expertise in managing territories and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in Mumbai.- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dermatologists, physicians, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.- Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions to drive product adoption and prescription generation.- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the assigned territory.- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for management review.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and medical teams to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations in all sales activities.- Lead, mentor, and manage field sales team members (if applicable) to ensure high performance and territory coverage.Key Requirements- 3-13 years of proven experience in dermatology or nutraceutical sales, preferably targeting healthcare professionals.- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a defined geographic territory.- Strong understanding of dermatology and nutraceutical market dynamics, products, and customer segments.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively.- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai for client meetings, field activities, and events.Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related discipline.- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing is preferred.What We Offer- Competitive salary package with attractive performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a growing and reputable brand in the dermatology and nutraceutical segment.- Clear career progression path with training and professional development opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
