Position - Inside Sales ManagerLocation: Bangalore, WFOExperience: 4-6 years (B2B SaaS Sales)Industry: Procurement Tech / ERP / Supply Chain Automation / AI ToolsAbout EffiGOEffiGO is a fast-growing Procurement Automation SaaS platform that transforms how enterprises and MSMEs run sourcing, RFQs, auctions, vendor onboarding, and workflow automation. With AI-enabled tools and deep procurement workflows, EffiGO helps businesses save time, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.We are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager who can drive pipeline generation, mentor SDRs/BDRs, and build a world-class inside-sales engine.Key Responsibilities- Lead pipeline generation through multi-channel outreach-calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn.- Own monthly lead-gen targets and ensure consistent achievement.- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 SDRs/BDRs, driving productivity through KPIs.- Build and optimize scripts, cadences, objection-handling frameworks, and qualification workflows.- Conduct high-quality discovery calls and product walkthroughs when required.- Maintain high CRM hygiene (Monday.com/Pipedrive) and ensure your team does too.- Prepare and present weekly performance dashboards to leadership.- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to improve lead quality and conversion.- Follow up diligently with prospects, ensuring movement across the funnel.- Represent EffiGO with a strong grasp of procurement workflows and automation benefits.Core Requirements- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (SaaS preferred).- Strong experience selling to enterprise accounts.- Exposure to selling workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, CRM, ERP, SAP, or supply chain software would be a plus.- Exposure to lead generation databases and data providers.- Experience mentoring or managing SDRs/BDRs in a performance-driven setup.- Familiarity with inside-sales metrics such as qualification rate, conversion rate, pipeline coverage ratio, and outreach KPIs.- Strong understanding of inside-sales processes, from lead qualification to opportunity creation.
