The role involves handling walk-in and project clients, especially builders, contractors, and architects.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily showroom sales and operations- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets -Handle customers including builders, contractors, architects, and end users- Promote and sell glass and building material products effectively- Develop and maintain relationships with project clients- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock coordination- Prepare sales reports and monitor performance- Handle customer complaints, negotiations, and after-sales support- Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams- Ensure compliance with company policies and showroom standardsRequired Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification (preferred)- 3-5 years of experience in construction or building materials sales- Mandatory experience in showroom sales and team handling- Knowledge of glass products or related building materials is an advantage- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, CRM)Salary & BenefitsSalary: (Based on experience)- Performance-based incentives- PF / ESI and other benefits as per company policyWorking HoursJob Type: PermanentBenefits:- Health insurance- Provident FundWork Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
