Process Trainer - Customer Support OperationsRole Overview:The Process Trainer will be responsible for training new hires and upskilling existing employees on operational processes, product knowledge, and customer service skills within the contact center environment.Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery- Conduct onboarding and process training sessions for new hires- Facilitate refresher training programs for existing employeesLearning & Development- Design training modules and learning materials aligned with operational processes- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and performance trackingOperational Collaboration- Work closely with operations managers to identify skill gaps- Support floor coaching and ongoing skill development initiativesEligibility Criteria:- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates may apply- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Process Trainer in a BPO/contact center environment (on papers) preferred- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to manage classroom and virtual training sessionsCompensation & Benefits:- CTC: Up to - 8 LPA (depending on experience and role fit)- Rotational shift schedule- Cab facility provided as per company policy- Exposure to leadership development and operational managementLocation: Navi Mumbai - Work From Office- Candidates should be open to working from the above location.
