Through their expertise, our team strengthens VenturEdu s position as a global thought leader in venture creation and entrepreneurial education.Role SummaryWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while conceptualising and designing marketing creatives for VenturEdu. The role blends content strategy, platform execution, and visual storytelling to drive awareness, applications, and community engagement for VenturEdu.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, publish, and manage content calendars for :- YouTube (long-form videos, shorts, thumbnails, descriptions)- LinkedIn (thought leadership, program updates, founder stories)- Instagram (reels, carousels, stories, highlights)- Design and write marketing creatives aligned with brand voice.- Adapt a single campaign creative into multiple platform formats: Square, vertical, and story formats, Static, carousel, and short-video layouts- Monitor and engage comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.- Support community growth and audience interaction initiatives.- Track performance metrics such as: Reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time, CTRWho You Are- 0 to 1 year experience managing social media for brands or startups- Hands-on experience designing creatives using tools such as:- Canva, Figma, Adobe ExpressStrong understanding of :- YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram content formats- Reels/short-form video trends- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record in pitching and follow-through- Understanding of and interest in startups, venture capital, and founder communitiesWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with the founding team and leading entrepreneurs- Fast-paced, mission-driven work environment (ref:updazz.com)
